Terms of Service

The ground rules for using TableHub, in plain language.

Effective August 10, 2026

1. The service

TableHub is a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us") that provides online ordering, reservation, and marketing software for participating restaurants. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The restaurant fulfills your order

When you place an order or book a table, your agreement for that food or reservation is with the restaurant, not with TableHub. The restaurant is solely responsible for food preparation, ingredients, allergen information, quality, timing, pickup, and fulfillment. We provide the software that carries the order to them.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices, taxes, and any fees are set by the restaurant and shown before you confirm. We do not store card numbers. You agree that the payment method you use is yours and authorized.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Refund, cancellation, and no-show issues are handled by the restaurant that took your order or reservation, under its own policies. Contact the restaurant first. If you cannot reach them, email support@tablehubapp.com and we will help route the request.

5. Accounts and accurate information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, phone number, and email you provide, and for keeping any account credentials secure. Orders and booking confirmations are sent to the contact details you give us.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not place fraudulent, abusive, or automated bulk orders or reservations.
  • Do not interfere with, probe, or attempt to break the service or its security.
  • Do not scrape, resell, or republish restaurant or diner data.
  • Do not use the service to harass restaurant staff or other users.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these rules or harms the restaurants we serve.

7. Messaging consent

If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive SMS about your orders and bookings. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual property

The TableHub software, brand, and site content are owned by TableHub. Restaurant names, menus, logos, and photos remain the property of the restaurants that supply them.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no warranties about the food, service, or availability provided by any restaurant.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TableHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid through the service in the three months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The effective date below reflects the most recent version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
