TableHub is a restaurant online ordering and booking platform based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@tablehubapp.com.

• Name, phone number, and email address.
• Order and booking details, including items, times, party size, and notes.
• Payment information, processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our systems.
• Basic usage and device data such as pages viewed, browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.

• To process and fulfill your orders and reservations.
• To send transactional SMS and email updates about your orders and bookings.
• To provide customer support.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from TableHub regarding your orders and bookings. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected solely to deliver these notifications. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties.

We send transactional emails about your orders and bookings. Marketing emails are optional and sent only with your separate consent. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects transactional messages you need to receive.

We share your information with the restaurant fulfilling your order or reservation, and with service providers such as payment processing and SMS/email delivery, strictly to operate the service on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.

We retain order, booking, and contact records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When a record is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls that limit who can view it. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor. No system is perfectly secure, but we review access, monitor for unusual activity, and keep sensitive credentials out of our application code.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@tablehubapp.com. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link.

TableHub is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the service changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date below and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
